DIY for Skin: Take one tablespoon of Arjuna powder. Then add teaspoon of raw milk and honey to it. Mix all the ingredients to make a paste. Now apply this paste to the skin. Let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
DIY for Hair: Take coconut milk in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of Arjuna powder along with amla and shikakai powder. Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste. Apply this hair mask on your hair from roots to tip. Let it sit on your hair for 15-30 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Dietary Supplement: Take 1 tsp of arjuna powder with milk. Consume it once a day.
